About the Venue

Highlands Ranch Resort is located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range just near the south entrance of Lassen Volcanic National Park. There are a few things to remember when packing and celebrating in the mountains with us:

• Attire: semi formal
• It may be warm and sunny during the day but the nights can cool off dramatically. Therefore don’t forget a jacket, sweater or something to keep you warm. The nights can drop this time of the year to 40 degrees.
• This is an outdoor wedding, meaning that it might be best to not wear shoes (like stilettos) that may sink into the grass.
• The altitude of the venue is roughly 5,000 ft. If you are planning on drinking, be aware that the alcohol may hit you stronger.
• No dogs are allowed at the venue.
• There will be parking at the venue.
